Patricia has 26 years of marketing, communications, snf sales experience, including 20 years in the tourism industry. Her tourism career started as the Advertising and Promotions Manager for Tourism Whistler for six years. Then she managed Tourism BC (now Destination BC)'s account with Cossette, an advertising agency in Vancouver.

After a few years, Patricia branched out into media relations as the District of West Vancouver’s Communications Manager, where she worked for four years including the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. Then Patricia was recruited to join a non-profit organization created to operate the Olympic Venues in Whistler, where she was the Managing Director of the Athletes’ Centre, an athlete training and accommodation facility.

Patricia's love of the Okanagan and passion for the wine industry brought her to Sandhill Wines where she was the Estate Manager for two years, then she was the Estate Manager at Gray Monk Estate Winery, followed by a promotion to Regional Estate Manager - South Okanagan overseeing hospitality operations at Red Rooster Winery, Black Hills Estate Winery, and Tinhorn Creek Vineyards.

Now Patricia is the National People & Culture Business Partner for the Estate Wine Group of ten Andrew Peller properties and 101 Ontario retail Wine Shop locations.

Patricia grew up in West Vancouver, but half her family lives in Kelowna and Penticton. Now, Patricia, her husband, and their dog live in Penticton where they enjoy the lakes and trails followed by a visit to a local brewery, cidery, distillery, or winery.
