Dale is the General Manager at the Coast Capri Hotel, where he has worked since 2013. Born and raised in Kelowna, Dale is proud to work in the Hospitality industry and have the opportunity to showcase the Okanagan Valley to our many visitors. He believes in earning respect from his peers through hard work and commitment to his personal brand. His values have helped define the service culture at the Coast Capri Hotel which was recognized by travellers as the #1 ranked hotel in Kelowna in August 2019. Dale is passionate about collaborating with all tourism stakeholders in the region to further enhance the amazing experiences and activities for visitors. Dale has been the President of the Kelowna Hotel Motel Association since 2018 and is a current Board of Director at Tourism Kelowna.
